Manage a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary customer advocate responsible for the overall health of client relationships. Common Roles: Client Manager and Client Director
Business Operations
Maintain core business critical, internal functions responsible for financial, legal, and operational performance. Common roles: Accounting, Finance (FP&A), Payroll, Taxes, and Legal
Client Delivery
Build and roll out clinical trials for our clients. Common roles: Client Service Lead, Business Systems Analyst, Software Test Analyst, Study Configuration Engineer, and Integration Analyst
Client Support
Provide continuous support throughout a trial’s lifecycle, after a clinical study goes live. Common roles: Support Project Lead, Support Analyst, and Customer Support Associate
DevOps
Ensure infrastructure and systems are functional, practical, and integrated while also researching and implementing the latest tech. Common role: DevOps Engineer
Engineering
Build the code, test to validate, and ensure our software products are bug-free. Common roles: Full Stack Developer, Software Quality Engineer, and Test Automation Engineer
People
Business critical roles responsible for human resources, people strategy, learning, and talent acquisition. Common roles: HR Generalist, Director of Strategy, and TA Specialist
Product Management
Contribute to new features by defining requirements, UI conceptualization, design, and performing feature and prototype reviews. Common Role: Product Manager
Quality
Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards, manage internal and client audits, and study validations. Common roles: Compliance Engineer and Quality Auditor
Sales & Marketing
